A tannery with a rich history, and a local upbringing. Originally from the Stockyards in Toronto, Ontario, Wickett & Craig now calls Curwensville Pennsylvania home. The leathers that Wickett & Craig produces is quite simply put, undeniably rich.

PORTMAN is proud to use Wickett & Craig leathers on heirloom quality leather goods. The leather is sensitive and requires a very high level of skill to work with it. Easy to crease and discolour with glues and dyes, this leather once finished is a true testimate to quality leather goods.

The greatest trait about the leathers we source from Wickett & Craig, is the long term durability and beauty, alongside the wonderful aroma from the leather. At first it takes you at surprise, but that’s just part of owning a piece using this historic leather with over 159 years of experience.
